I initially hired them to provide me a bid to convert my 1920s attic into a more usable space and to insulate. They came out and we walked the space, measured the stair area and crawled into the crawl space to look at the retaining walls - they determined that a conversion would require extensive structural support and the stairs would also not be up to code within the barriers. I appreciated their honesty - so we moved forward on the insulation. They did all the ordering, came on time, and did an excellent job cleaning up.
